WHO WE ARE

Cloud Circus operates cloudcirc.us and related technology platforms including hospitalityindustry.com. You can reach us at hello@cloudcirc.us.

WHAT WE COLLECT

When you visit this site we may collect:

• Usage data — pages visited, browser type, referring URL, and approximate location derived from IP address. Collected via server logs and, where active, analytics cookies.
• Contact data — name and email address if you contact us directly or submit an enquiry.
• Waitlist data — email address if you register interest in a Cloud Circus product.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (as defined under UK GDPR Article 9) through this website.

LEGAL BASIS

• Legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)) — to operate, secure, and improve this site.

WHO WE SHARE DATA WITH

We use a small number of processors, each bound by a data processing agreement: Cloudflare (hosting, CDN, security), Supabase (database, EU West), Resend (transactional email), and — only where you've consented via the cookie banner — Google Analytics (usage analytics). We will never sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Where a processor is based outside the UK, transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard.

DATA RETENTION

We retain contact and waitlist data only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and delete it when no longer needed or on request.
